In 2005, Ideal created the Ideal Base Building Group. Prior to the creation of the group, 70% of the firm’s
volume was generated in the Interiors Group. With two notable Base Building projects near
completion; Theory Corporate Headquarters at 40 Gansevoort Street and Goldman’s Properties
new residential project for Goldman Sachs at 30 Bond Street, Ideal’s Base Building volume
now provides 50% of the firm’s 2006 volume. Our present client’s, including; GSA and Columbia
have recently asked Ideal to start looking at future Base Building projects.

Ideal Interiors has a strong track record of notable interior build-outs. Our interior projects can
vary greatly in size and scope. We are equally qualified and bring the same degree of confidence to
everything from high-end residential projects to quick-delivery university dormitory room projects.
Our ability to produce a consistent finished product is possible due to our knowledgeable staff of
professionals, technology-rich systems and strong management oversight. We perform all of our
interior projects with the same attention to detail and strong client focus.

Ideal Contracting was established to handle specialty projects requiring both management
supervision and self performing hands-on craftsmen/mechanics. Ideal Contracting can handle
apartment or dorm room renovations, punch list work or fast pace specialty alteration work.

The partners and management team of Ideal Technology have extensive technical knowledge and
experience in performing build-outs of datacenters, trading floors, co- location facilities
and power systems. Ideal Technology also focuses on specific information technology services
including: structured cabling and cabling systems, security and facilities monitoring systems
and telecommunications voice/data solutions.
